In these tumultuous times we’re living in it’s challenging to stay positive, to remember to smile, or remember what life was like before all of THIS! My friend, Timothy Price, on his fantastic blog: Off Center & Not Even, wrote a beautiful piece and prompted me to create this post in response.

So, there’s something very “special” that I do when I feel like things are just downright horrible. It comes from one of my old favorite tv shows, Greyβs Anatomy. They do it throughout every season. You Dance It Out in those times when you canβt see a way out, youβre mad at everything and everyone, when you just canβt win. I will admit, dancing is the last thing you usually think to do when you feel at your worst, most certainly when you don’t even feel like getting out of bed. It sounds counterintuitive, I know. Seriously, don’t knock it till you try it. If anything, at least you’ll get some endorphins going, burn a few calories, or maybe, just maybe have a LOT of fun! ENJOY!!!
