Live Your Life Courageously

Waking up to Rose Lilies is kind of wonderful!!!

Live life courageously! If you don’t, you’re NOT really living, my dears!

Life is too short to live it any other way. So, if you find yourself doing what I do, often…second guessing and over analyzing. Let me save you the trouble. It’s not worth it, cease and desist.

Get OUT of your way and put yourself in the way of beauty!

If your Nerve, deny you —

Go above your Nerve —

He can lean against the Grave,

If he fear to swerve —

That’s a steady posture —

Never any bend

Held of those Brass arms —

Best Giant made —

If your Soul seesaw —

Lift the Flesh door —

The Poltroon wants Oxygen —

Nothing more –

  1. Excellent advice. If we see the beauty that presents itself to us every day, each day differently, we can stand in the way of beauty, be run over by beauty, be won over by beauty, become beauty, and be beautiful. Those are lovely Rose Lilies. Are they from your garden?

    1. Thank you! Your words are amazing: “If we see the beauty that presents itself to us every day, each day differently, we can stand in the way of beauty, be run over by beauty, be won over by beauty, become beauty, and be beautiful.” I love that! Yes, sir, you know it! 😃

  2. Oh, you have bagged the poem to the point yet again! Going above the nerves is the hard part, though. But one must strive ahead and try to battle his/her demons!
