You Lil Dickens

Closure

I try and pick myself up

In the middle of nowhere – stuck

Like in my worst dreams

I’m ripping at the seams

Losing my time

Losing my mind

Peace I cannot find

Try and fail

Try and conceal

My belief that Nothing is quite what I thought it would be.

Learning the lesson that you never know the last person you’ll see.

They disappear and we are left in a place where

Closure is not an option – it is gone

And the only thing you can do now is let it go—

Move on.
