Do you ever find yourself this way?

I'm glad I learned to express my thoughts clearly and everyone loves to read them. Sometimes it takes a lot of thinking power to think about the surroundings. Someone who likes it, someone who enjoys it, appreciates that he is writing very well. Reading and commenting on the post I wrote would give me a lot of bullshit and I would get new ideas to write new ones. I'm really glad I got your response.

But remember that both sand and steel react to heat. Steel can then be reforged to a better looking form, while sand turns to glass.

Yes, there are such moments. Just as there is sadness and happiness. At one moment you are sad, at another you are happy…😉

Indeed. I think we can all relate, Eleanor. Part of being a human being on this planet. For me, what matters is being patient with myself if I do “crumble”, as to not have patience will only deepen the crumbling. 💙🙏

Aaaahhhh, the great “patience” element that so often eludes me. I love the way you described your crumbling process and appreciate you sharing your thoughts and feelings on this! Thank you for taking the time to comment, my friend!

That is a very profound and interesting take on this, Ankita. You are such a self-aware individual. Self-awareness is a sign of high emotional intelligence!

Hello Eleanor, so enjoy having you in the driving seat 🙂 Maybe my ‘stiff upper lip’ mentality, keeps me consistent. I don’t place any value jugement on this statement, it’s simply as it is. I’m comfortable with this, accepting we’re all different, no one better than another and we all have choice. Blessings, Peter. P.S. Thank you for all the likes and comments, appreciate those.

Hey there! It takes a unique individual indeed to suspend judgment, let alone choose whether or not to assign anything in particular to it. I like the way you think. I so appreciate you sharing your take on these. Thank you, my friend. Oh, and you are welcome, it is a pleasure!

What a brilliant comparison. I’m exactly like this. I find women in particular to be like this more commonly than men. 🙂

I am so happy you liked it and found the comparison relatable. I agree with you. I’ve observed the same. 😉

Very well said, Eleanor! I think every other person can relate to this. We’re all sandbags enclosed in a steel container, just waiting for the right force to pierce the wall and let the sand flow 🙂

AB, WOW! I love how your words complement this analogy. A beautiful parallel! Thank you, my friend! I am very glad you found this relatable.

Often my friend. It’s nice to read a post that relates to its reader. We have so many social media platforms that seems to be living in a make believe world of amazing and all fun and beautiful. Real people go trough real people ups and downs. One day we are on cloud 9, other day we a crashing down with no one to catch us. Just saw a sand dollar this week. It was intact but has blemishes. It was beautiful but was proud to show its flaws. It’s being real to itself, and I respect that a lot.

Island Traveler, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to continue reading my work and making such a well thought out comment like this. Comments like these…the sharing of our true feelings, the encouragement, and support it brings, well, it helps so much! I respect and admire your beautiful observations. They are much like your gorgeous posts. Thank you again!

What we can’t ventilate and share with actual people at work, home and community, we freely give and share without fear, without judgement to minds and hearts that share a common priceless universal connection. The Blog community has been more real, supportive and emphatic than many people I deal with in person. It’s that ironic and sad? Take care.

Island Traveler, I couldn’t agree with you more about the blogging community. I feel like some of that is unfortunately due to COVID. It is sad, indeed, to feel more supported and welcomed, and encouraged online than in person. Stay safe, my friend. Thank you for making these comments with obvious care and consideration. It is greatly appreciated. XOXO, Eleanor

Blogging helped me survive covid heart and mind. So much stuff are going on that are so stressful but as a “Hero” we are suppose to appear unaffected but that is a big time lie. Stay safe too & take care. Thanks.
